10 pvc shoulder dislocates
10 front leg swings per side

Pre-WOD mobility:
Band hamstring stretch 1 min per side
Band shoulder stretch 1 min per side

WOD: “Bradshaw” 10 RFT
3 hspu
6 deadlifts 225/155lb
12 pullups
24 DU’s
