KARMA ALARM: SHAKA Phil here! I love to SURF, STAND UP PADDLEBOARD, and CROSSFIT! I am a NUTRITION NUT and eat mostly PALEO with one cheat day a week. People always ask me "what do you eat..."SO; I thought; "I must BLOG!" I am also a musician- SCREAMING FOR EMILY, restaurantuer- SHAKA BURRITO! Retired fishing boat Capt. and breakdancer (still got windmills boyeee!) and I run the family business- TACKLE BOX FISHING CO. I LOVE LIFE and my FAMILY! You may be asking; what's this KARMA ALARM? Well I feel at some point in your day....your KARMA ALARM should go off. (set it! or put something in your pocket that reminds you!) and that's when I stop and think about what Im grateful for and I thank God for everything he has blessed me with! It's a good time to smile and make someone else smile too! REP THE POS!
